Natalie is a clinical social worker with 10 years of experience working with individuals, families, and children. I had been a medical doctor before I became a psychologist. Hello and welcome! I am a Psychological Associate registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario with a practice in clinical and counselling psychology. I work with children and adults who are experiencing distress related to traumatic experiences, parent-child attachment difficulties, emotional injuries, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, behavioural problems and relationship difficulties. I have a background in psychological and somatic approaches to psychotherapy, and I value a holistic approach that supports body and mind. This includes an orientation to working in a manner that is informed by attachment theory.

Since 2004, I have had the privilege of helping adults and families accomplish their goals, and build on their personal strengths. My philosophy when working with my clients is to create the most comfortable and judgement-free environment as possible.
