We can also work together in creating a step-by-step personalized plan to support you in getting from where you are to where you want to be, in embracing your unique qualities and strengths that you have, in addressing any challenges you are currently facing in your daily life.
My areas of exploration and expertise are: relationships – co-dependency, narcissistic behaviours in relationships, healing and restoring boundaries, trust issues, grief/loss, anxiety, burnout, rumination, self-esteem/self-worth issues, over-responsibility for others & people pleasing and caretaker roles, finding authentic/adult Self, healing core issues.
