Drawing from approaches such as EFT, Narrative Therapy, IFS, and somatic tools, we will work together to build insight, regulate emotions, and strengthen your relationships so you can move towards a more balanced life.

I will listen attentively to your experiences and the skills, strengths, capabilities, and idiosyncrasies that you have collected and developed along your journey.
