I believe in using a client-centered approach, which emphasizes the role of the client as an equal partner in the therapeutic process. Our sessions will be flexible and tailored around what your needs are on that specific day, while keeping in mind what you have expressed as your primary goals for therapy. You will always be treated with respect, compassion, and empathy, which are the key elements of any successful therapeutic relationship.
I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist & EMDR is the focus of my individual practice. I also work with couples and have completed Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples' Therapy and additional Gottman training in specifically treating trauma and affairs. I also have some training in EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy).
