Feeling lost, overwhelmed, or untethered from the ground you once walked on? If you're used to being the one who people come to for guidance or support, it can be unsettling when you are now the one who needs care. The past few years have been so hard on caring people, even the most generous person can eventually feel emptied out. I'm here to help reconnect you with the things in your life that nourish your soul and replenish your spirit. Together we can look at ways to preserve your peace and wellbeing, with body awareness, learning to set gentle boundaries with loved ones, and by cultivating an inner compass that you can rely on.
Our time together will be about exploring the many layers of your world. From your environment, to your thinking patterns, to the depths of your unconscious. I aim to bring the unconscious to awareness while working with tools that you can start using immediately in your day to day life. You can expect compassion and understanding in our session together.
Currently I am at waitlist capacity for clients, however I have three therapists at my clinic, who offer support in very similar ways to myself. Because it’s so important to find a counsellor who feels like the right fit, we offer a free 20 minute consult, to answer questions, and for you to get a sense of what your therapy experience will look like.
