About
Are you feeling chronically stressed, anxious, depressed, or trying to cope with little or big unresolved trauma(s)? Perhaps you're struggling with excessive worry, unresolved guilt, grief or loss from a breakup, or accident. Are you worrying about the future or dwelling in the past and having a difficult time living in the present? Through therapy, I can support your journey to help you to discover ways to overcome these obstacles. Together, we will explore a treatment plan based on your needs, so that you can move one step closer to accomplishing your goals and achieving emotional freedom!
We will work together in a collaborative way, to help you to develop coping and distress tolerance skills, that you can apply in your everyday life. Traditional talk therapy is sometimes not sufficient in eliciting change; I incorporate EMDR psychotherapy, guided imagery, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, expressive arts, to navigate change.
My office is conveniently located in midtown Toronto, just steps away from the subway. I am also available on Sundays. Let's work together to help you to develop a sense of mastery in your life and achieve the goals you've set for yourself! Look forward to our collaboration.
