About
My ideal client would be someone who is looking to take ownership over their own lives, to live more fulfilled lives driven by their values, and to become more in touch and fully experience their emotions. They may be going through important live transitions, managing challenging situations, experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety, or depression. They may be looking to improve their performance in specific areas (Including athletic performance).
I can help by offering evidence-based psychotherapy based on Acceptance and Commitment therapy as well as other mindfulness-based and experiential techniques. I am able to support my clients in identifying their values and committing to actions which may help them behave in ways that move them closer to those values.
Pain and suffering are common human experiences which frequently become barriers towards living the life we want to live. It is my hope and goal that I assist you in tapping onto your inner strength and resilience as we embark on a journey of growth and discovery.
