I take an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, which also incorporates modalities such as sandtray, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, sensorimotor psychotherapy, narrative therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, Theraplay, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), family systems, and others.
