Hi, I’m Leslie Hein (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist. I work with Neurodivergent teens and young adults (12+) — as well as neurotypical teens — who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just need a safe space to be themselves. My approach is warm, playful, and relationship-focused, with clear boundaries and lots of care. I aim to make therapy feel comfortable, supportive, and grounded in connection.

I support teens and young adults (12+) — including those with Autism, ADHD, or FASD— who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. My approach is playful, relational, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe space where young people can feel understood, supported, and free to be themselves.
