They don’t need to have everything figured out; they may want to understand themselves better, improve their coping skills, strengthen relationships, or make sense of patterns that no longer serve them. My ideal client is open to exploring their experiences, curious about their growth, and motivated to create meaningful changes even if they're not sure where to begin
While I don’t hold a single specialty yet, I draw from evidence-informed models such as CBT, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Emotion-Focused approaches. My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore what you’re facing, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
