As a trained Mental Health Practitioner and Addiction Specialist my areas of specialty include addictions, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders and interpersonal conflict.

My evidence-based practice modalities include Internal Family Systems, CBT, IPT and Relational Psychotherapy. I have a trauma-informed practice and approach my work in partnership with you and believe we have a mutual accountability in our work together. I have extensive experience in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and have facilitated workshops and trainings for groups in areas including: trauma-informed care, the connection between mental health and chronic health, and the dynamics between substance use and interpersonal trauma.
