Hello and welcome! I appreciate the importance of being heard and valued, especially when feeling vulnerable. I am highly compassionate and provide a safe environment for you to express what’s on your mind. In our sessions, we will work together to build a therapeutic relationship and help you find the safety and connection you are looking for. I focus on working with survivors of trauma, people experiencing relationship issues at home or the workplace, those struggling with grief and loss, and individuals dealing with general anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the impact on day-to-day life.
Therapy can be tough. I will remind you that showing up exactly as you are today is okay. I use an integrative approach to respond to individual needs and better understand your unique experience. In our sessions, we will identify areas where you feel stuck, explore your patterns and choices, and focus on developing self-compassion and resiliency.
My entire working life has been about helping people. I firmly believe in the mind-body connection, that there is a direct link between our mental and physical well-being. I believe we all have the answers within us to help make our lives better and more fulfilling. I will guide you through that process and help you achieve your goals. You are not alone.
