I am a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist and director of Brookside Therapy & Assessment, with offices in Burlington and St. Catharines. My practice focuses on complex presentations, particularly where neurodevelopmental, neurological, trauma-related, and mental health factors overlap.
Primary areas of clinical focus include: Traumatic brain injury; Autism spectrum disorder; Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); Trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD); Chronic pain and health-related psychological adjustment; Adult gender identity and identity-related concerns.
Services at our offices are trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, 2SLGBTIQ+ positive, anti-racism based, and focused on clear, practical outcomes. Therapy approaches include cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), supportive, and insight-oriented therapies.
If you are tired of pushing through, questioning yourself, or feeling that your difficulties have never been fully understood, you are not alone—and you are not failing. Careful assessment and thoughtful therapy can bring clarity and relief. Support that fits your real life is possible. Online and in person services available in Burlington and Niagara.
