My scope of counseling includes anxiety and depression, intimate relationships, identity, LGBTQ+ issues, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. I will collaborate with you to review your cognitive, behavioral, and emotional patterns and support you in learning and developing new strategies to address life challenges.
My aim is to empower my clients and support them to improve self-efficacy, feel better about themselves, have clearer life goals, discover their potential, and build resilience. I will provide an individualized approach for each client using elements from various modalities, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) .
