Many adults in midlife experience shifting roles, menopause, burnout, or the weight of caregiving for aging parents. I help adults in midlife, especially women, eldest daughters, and caregivers reconnect with themselves through somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and relational support. Together, we work to release stress stored in the body, repair old relational patterns, and rebuild confidence and clarity.
