Are you navigating a midlife transition in New Brunswick and feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected? Many adults in midlife experience shifting roles, menopause, burnout, or the weight of caregiving for aging parents. You may have spent years putting others first, leaving little space for your own health and wellbeing.
I help adults in midlife, especially women, eldest daughters, and caregivers reconnect with themselves through somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and relational support. Together, we work to release stress stored in the body, repair old relational patterns, and rebuild confidence and clarity.
My clients often come to me for support with: Midlife life transitions and identity shifts
,burnout recovery and caregiver fatigue, somatic and embodied healing for anxiety, tension, and stress, healing from early parentification or adult-child role reversal,
navigating perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal changes, rebuilding boundaries and self-connection.
Therapy with me is trauma-informed, attachment-aware, and body-centered; integrating emotional, relational, and physical wellbeing. You’ll find a steady, compassionate space to process stress and emotions, release what no longer serves you, and grow into the next chapter of life with grounded confidence.
