I have more than 20 years experience working with individuals and families dealing with a variety of life struggles. I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's of Social Work. I use several therapeutic modalities during therapy sessions, tailoring my approach to meet my client’s unique needs.
I am a certified EMDR Therapist. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Practice. I work within a trauma-informed, strength based framework. I have significant experience in adoption and non-traditional families.
