TIPES counsellors are working hard to bridge the gap between behavioural and mental health services, and are working from a multi-disciplinary approach with our clients. Our team of social workers has extensive experience working with autistic, neurodiverse individuals, and their families, as well as working on issues related to depression, anxiety, mood, social isolation, sexual and gender identity and more. Many of our clients require support related to goal setting and building skills around executive functioning and motivation. We offer parent and couples counselling. Clients can also be seen by our Supervising Psychologist.

As a neurodivergent practitioner, I have personal experience with the myriad of issues that can come from living on the autism spectrum. Whether it's intense emotions, spiritual/death anxiety, social anxiety, picky eating, sensory issues, or identity confusion, we can work through it together. Even if you are not living with a disorder, but still identify with one of these issues, I am happy to support you. :)
