I have supported individuals dealing with: depression, anxiety, stress, anger, grief, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, life transitions, traumatic experiences, and the challenges encountered when supporting loved ones who are struggling with substance use and mental health problems.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, non-judgmental and interactive. Together we will determine your therapeutic goals, work to better understand the nature of your difficulties and resolve your challenges. I am deeply committed to respecting your individuality and will support you to move towards your goals at your own pace.
