Welcome! My name is Kat and I work with queer, trans, and racialized folks in all our messy glory. Anyone who is exposed to systemic oppression on top of navigating the everyday challenges of capitalism is bound to feel the weight of it all. Together we will work to process the trauma that is all too common in our communities; get curious about befriending your body, mind and nervous system; and support you to tap into personal and ancestral wisdom.
