I work with individual adults and youth (14 and up) who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, gender and sexual related issues, school bullies and historical and current trauma. I am passionate in supporting trans, queer and gender diverse folks.

Using a broad range of evidence-based treatments, I collaborate with clients and help them explore and gain understanding of their challenges and stuck points as well as develop effective coping strategies through practical skills building and self-acceptance and compassion.
