About

As a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT) and a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), I am extensively prepared (and practiced) to work with individuals, couples, and families. I consider symptoms from an individual’s psychology as well as systematically and contextually from a relational perspective. I am always in awe of the effectiveness of MFT models, even with longstanding individual and family issues. I commonly work with client’s impacted by a variety of clinical issues, including mood and anxiety disorders, parenting issues, relationship problems, substance abuse, workplace issues and more.
Congratulations on choosing therapy, whether for a recent issue, one that has been troubling you for a long time, or somewhere in between. I use a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, CFT, FAP, and Schema Therapy. I also use Solutions Focused Therapy for less complex and short-term issues.
I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for your healing and growth. I conduct a comprehensive assessment, and we will work collaboratively on selecting goals you will work on in therapy. Your voice is essential to the process, and it is important that you feel validated, accepted and able to openly disagree throughout.
