As a somatic psychotherapist, I help individuals who feel disconnected from themselves and overwhelmed by stress or past trauma. My clients often seek a deeper connection between their body, heart and mind, desiring healing that goes beyond talking about it. Using Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and breathwork-assisted psychotherapy for those interested in non-ordinary states of consciousness without psychedelic interventions. I guide clients into building self- awareness, gently releasing tension, processing emotions, and regaining a sense of safety , coherence and balance in their lives.
Trauma leaves its mark not just in the mind but in the body. Together, we’ll gently uncover the wisdom that already exists within you, working at a pace that feels safe and natural. Using mindfulness and somatic approaches, we will work to release the burdens, allowing space for healing, clarity, and the possibility of living more fully in the present.
