Thank you for visiting my page. I'm Lenka - I enjoy conversations, walking, finding the slow in everyday life, and I am a mother. I am a registered psychotherapist, a career I fully enjoy as I am a natural helper and healer. I provide a mind-body-spirit approach to psychotherapy. I am a trained Reiki II healer, which means I am able to provide healing to others through energy work. I am also an evidential medium - I am able to help guide people through their struggles with the help of their loved ones in spirit.
As a psychotherapist who works in mind-body-spirit, I use any and all approaches that will work well in our work together. My commitment to mind-body-spirit healing for mental health problems comes from my own experiences dealing with deep mental health struggles. Now, I bring my healing energy and experience to help you.
During our work together, we will work on your obstacles. Whether it's trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, feeling lost, or if you're going through major shifts in your life. I will guide you to becoming the person you truly are. I bring my own model to psychotherapy, providing specific between-session homework and focused on your goals.
