My mission is to guide you from a place of anxiety, depression and burnout into a feeling of being whole and living with a purpose.

I bring empathy, support, and my experience as a tech team lead and a mentor into the therapy room. I start with a comprehensive assessment, where we collaboratively set goals for our work together. I regularly monitor our progress, check-in with you about your therapy experience and goals and adjust my approach to fit your needs.

By creating a safe and an open setting, I will guide you in exploring who you are and how you can draw strength from your past, even if it is a traumatic one.
