I work with people who are facing life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck. My goal is to offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can share openly, feel understood, and start to make sense of what’s been weighing on you.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, and solution-focused therapies, along with mindfulness, emotion-focused, and narrative practices. Every session is tailored to your unique needs because I know that no two journeys are alike.

I also recognize that reaching out for support takes courage. That’s why I focus on creating a safe and collaborative space where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward growth at a pace that feels right for you.
