About
* EVENING & WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS AVAIL* Life comes with many hurdles, hurdles that often feel too tall and too long for us to jump. But I believe that each one of us has an innate wisdom and strength to navigate life challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and the many other hardships we as humans experience. I strive to hold a safe and non-judgmental space for you explore your inner wisdoms and strengths, to process your unique experiences, and to build skills to effectively cope with difficult emotions.
My practice is trauma-informed and strength-based recognizing you as the expert of your journey. Therapy looks different for every person and therefore my practice is informed by a variety of approaches to best reflect your clinical needs. These include, but are not limited, to CBT, ACT, DBT, SFBT, and Narrative Therapy, among others.
It would be my honour to walk alongside you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. Please email or telephone me to book a free consultation to determine if I am a good therapeutic fit for you.
