Depending on your preferences, sessions may incorporate techniques such as meditation, guided visualization, inner child work, Reiki, Havening Techniques, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping). I welcome clients from all backgrounds, beliefs, and spiritual paths. Spirituality is never imposed; rather, it is available as a resource.
My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can heal, grow, and reconnect with your authentic self.
