As a graduate of the Spiritual Psychotherapy program at the Transformational Arts College, I incorporate a variety of techniques to meet your unique needs. These include Talk Therapy, Reiki, Havening Techniques, Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping), Inner Child Work, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Guided Visualization.
