For 30+ years I have had the privilege to work with many people struggling through life transitions. I appreciate that life involves changes, turns, and bumps that sometimes we navigate easily; yet, at other times we feel more challenged. My combined passion, training, and expertise can benefit you. I will help you find your resilience and strength to work through relationship concerns, sexuality and intimacy concerns, aging, retirement, death and dying, or grief and loss. I have the utmost respect for the people I work with; I will offer acceptance, privacy and compassion.
I love that my career has allowed me to meet people of diverse backgrounds and experiences. My style and work are a combination of cognitive-behavioural therapy, existential therapy, person-centred therapy, narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy.
