I offer options, integrate most trusted approaches such as IFS, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Psychodynamics, CBT, ACT, EFT, PE. For couples, families I use EFT-C, Emotion Focused Therapy assisting couples for closer bonding.
I lead clients through emotional processing. I treat gestational/original pain, to as quickly as possible, to maximize long term change.
