I strongly believe in the brief solution focused model of therapy whereby you will not need to be in therapy for long periods of time. I hope to give you the tools you will need to work through your own issues moving forward. I use an eclectic mix with brief solution focused including DBT, CBT, CPS, EFFT, IFS and trauma informed.
My role is to support you on your journey to finding the best version of yourself and provide you with the tools and skills that you will need to move forward and face obstacles in life on your own. I will always be available however if you need a refresher session here and there.
