I aim to form therapeutic relationships with individuals (12yrs +) and families, to understand their situations, and offer support to manage stressors and remove barriers. My areas of expertise are; anxiety, depression, anger, relational trauma, stress, burnout, and bullying.
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused and Motivational Interviewing methods. I will explore past events only as they are relevant and place a heavy focus on helping you stay in the present and finding enjoyment and fulfillment in your life.
