I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples to help guide you towards improved quality of life and more satisfying relationships. I will be there to support you in working through the anxieties, traumas, behaviours or negative habits that may have you unsatisfied. Together we can look at the troublesome areas of your life and co-create awareness, coping skills, improved communication, positive behavioural change, and building capacity.
I am a registered Psychotherapist with CRPO. I have a degree in Kinesiology and Post Graduate Diploma from Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy. I have experience supporting in various ways as a psychotherapist, couples counsellor, personal trainer, entrepreneur, coach and parent. My approach is relational, emotionally focused and client centered.
My hope during our work together is for you to learn, grow, find direction and become aligned with an authentic life you desire on all levels. While feeling heard and empowered I hope to guide you towards healing, connection, growth and building capacity. By providing emotional safety and care I will support you.
