My name is Leanne Wiese and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) committed to helping individuals like you find renewed clarity and purpose in every season of life. We will approach your concerns holistically, considering the interplay of biological, psychological, and socio-environmental factors that create our unique circumstances. We will set goals and walk through behaviour change strategies to help you survive and thrive while facing changes life brings.
Our sessions are a supportive space for you to show up as you are and move towards the person you desire to be, with deeper rooted connections to yourself and those around you. My approach is collaborative and strength-based. Together, we will work to identify the unique strengths you have within you to grow and flourish.
It might feel like you're alone, but it doesn't have to be that way. As soon as you step into my office, I'm in your corner. I hope to have the opportunity to help you move through each season you experience with more clarity, sense of purpose, and fulfillment. As I am completing my internship, sessions with me are available at a reduced rate.
