My name is Leanne Wiese and as a former National-level and collegiate athlete, I can relate. Together, we can work through whatever it is that you feel is on your heart or mind that may be holding you back or weighing you down so you can train and compete feeling lighter, happier, fulfilled, and focused. We will approach your concerns holistically, considering the interplay of biological, psychological, and socio-environmental factors that create your unique circumstances and shape how you respond.
Our sessions are a supportive space for you to show up as you are and move towards the person you desire to be, with deeper rooted connections to yourself and in turn, those around you. My approach is hollistic, collaborative and strength-based. Together, we will work to identify the unique strengths you have within you to grow and flourish.
