Thanks for taking the time to visit my profile. Finding the right counsellor can feel like a big step, and I appreciate you being here. Counselling should be a place where you feel cared for, supported, and accepted. My role isn't to judge or tell you who you should be. It's to understand your experience, help you make sense of what's been happening, and support you in creating meaningful change that feels right for you. Whether you're looking for support through a difficult season or hoping to better understand yourself, we'll start wherever you are.
I especially enjoy working with teens, university students, and adults who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, identity, and life's many transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, caring people who spend a lot of time thinking about others but find it difficult to extend that same compassion to themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client. I believe meaningful change comes from understanding ourselves more deeply and developing practical tools to navigate life's challenges. Together, we'll explore your emotions, patterns, and experiences while building skills to support greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence.
