Welcome! My name is Leanne and I have over 15 years of experience supporting youth, adults, couples, and families in both the community and public school system. I help clients recognize their strengths, find new ways of relating to painful thoughts and feelings, and navigate challenges such as conflict, anxiety, depression, self-injury, and life transitions (peri/menopause, gender etc.).
Clients often tell me they feel respected, safe, and understood in our work together. I am passionate about creating a safe and caring space where individuals, couples, and families feel supported, understood and empowered on their journey toward healing and growth.
