My primary areas of focus are trauma, OCD, anxiety disorders, and burnout. I work at a specialist clinic where many of the clients are dealing with one or more of these conditions. Many of my clients are also neurodivergent or are queer identified. I work with interpersonal trauma, domestic violence, intergenerational trauma, and trauma due to discrimination. Sexual trauma in particular is a major area of speciality for me. In addition to working with all kinds of lasting impacts of trauma that don’t involve a diagnosis, I am able to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for PTSD.

I like to make sure that we understand what's going on for you before introducing practical interventions. I will always explain each step of what we might do and why, and I often like to use visuals, charts, and metaphors so your therapy speaks to your brain. I'll ask for lots feedback and input from you to make sure what we are doing is a fit.
