Groups
Grief Untethered (a grief and loss support group)
Grief Untethered is an 8 week online support group for adults in Ontario. It's a supportive journey to accompany you through your experience with grief, fostering a deeper living connection with your loss, and illuminating pathways to rediscover meaning and hope. It's for anyone navigating loss, whether that's the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, estrangement, or grieving someone who is still alive but no longer present in the way they once were. Starts on February 9th (6:30 - 8:30 PM), is limited to 12 participants, and covered by most insurance.

Online Group Supervision
A new online group supervision cohort is starting in March 2026. If you've been feeling the isolation of private practice, or if you've been looking for a space to think through complex cases with other therapists who take this work seriously, this might be what you're looking for. The group is small (6-8 therapists) and meets virtually. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic. If you're curious, the link below has more details and a waitlist you can join. I'd love to hear from you. ? https://bit.ly/4jAvEkW
