Together we will explore what is happening for you interpersonally and relationally, while making sense of the feelings, thoughts, and behaviours that are holding you back or causing you emotional pain.
As a Registered Psychotherapist I encompass a "work with" mindset. I approach my work using a relational, client centred, and intersubjective background. I pay close attention to all that is being revealed and offer guidance and insight where appropriate while helping to raise awareness towards things hidden or surpressed.
I provide a safe and comfortable space where I ensure you will be supported and attuned to throughout our work together. We will work to uncover and develop a healthier and more balanced way of experiencing your "self" and your life. I am ready when you are!
