People come to counselling for a variety of reasons. I strive to meet people wherever they are on their journey, and help to ignite in them a renewed sense of hope. My goal is to help clients experience a greater sense of connection to both themselves and others. I walk clients through the emotional moments that define their sense of self, and help them reclaim a life of balance and calm. I work with clients at every stage of life, and I counsel those who are working through challenging experiences such as trauma, betrayal, anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist serving clients in the Collingwood community, as well as virtually across Ontario. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy, integrated with other evidence-based treatment modalities, to help clients get to the root causes of their mental health challenges.
