As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I value the significance of the therapeutic relationship to make positive, lasting changes while helping clients heal through their trauma. I have a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and intergenerational trauma and how these contribute to current symptoms, relationship dynamics and coping patterns. With extensive experience across community and mental health settings, I find fulfillment in working with diverse age groups, including children, youth, and adults.

I have extensive training in brain-based approaches such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and the comprehensive resource model (CRM). These models go deeper than talk therapy by healing pain stuck in the nervous system and creating new neural connections in the brain.

Additionally, I have a deep understanding of how attachment relationships influence mental health and I provide my clients with the tools they need to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and alleviate psychological distress, which improves their psychological well-being. I am LGBTQIA2S+ friendly and accepting new clients.
