Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people navigating burnout, relationship struggles, intimacy concerns, identity shifts, or major life transitions. I work with many helping professionals and first responders who appear capable and composed on the outside, while internally feeling depleted, isolated, or stuck. Some people come to therapy feeling like life is "fine, I guess," but they long for deeper meaning. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and insight-oriented, integrating talk therapy, sex and intimacy therapy, somatic work, and optional yoga-based practices to support healing and self-understanding.
Using Gottman Therapy, IFS, Narrative Therapy, EFT, ACT, somatic and yoga-based approaches, and sex/intimacy therapy, I help clients better understand themselves, shift painful patterns, strengthen relationships, process emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and create more meaningful, aligned lives and relationships. We always start where you're at.
With nearly 20 years of experience, I offer compassionate, collaborative therapy. Your comfort, trust and sense of being respected during sessions is important.
