People often come to me when something important in their life or relationships no longer feels like it's working. They may be trying to reconnect with their partner, navigate a major life transition, explore intimacy or sexual identity, find direction in career/work, or discover who they are meant to be. My role is to hold space for all of that in the sacred and important container therapy can offer. I listen carefully to what is happening as well as what is standing between them and where/who they want to be. Using evidence based psychotherapy and somatic approaches, we craft meaningful strategies toward change.
I offer an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman Method, sex therapy, and yoga-informed somatic experiencing. Sessions can be tailored to meet acute needs or focused on the goals in your ideal life story.
With nearly 20 years of experience, I offer compassionate, collaborative therapy grounded in curiosity and respect. Your comfort, trust, and sense of being understood are important to me.
