My approach is person-centered, ensuring that therapy is tailored to my client’s unique needs and wants. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as CBT, TF-CBT, solution-focused therapy, attachment-based therapy, compassion-focused therapy, narrative therapy and motivational interviewing.

I offer complimentary consultations by phone or online. In accordance with my regulatory body, Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) I am only permitted to seeing residence of Alberta. I also provide trauma-informed counselling and advocacy support for Veterans.
