I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker and Registered Clinical Counsellor providing counselling and assessment services for children, youth, adults, and families. My practice is grounded in creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel genuinely understood while also receiving practical, evidence-based support. I work with concerns including anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, parenting challenges, and neurodivergence. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, drawing from CBT/DBT/ACT and using play and expressive therapy.

I have extensive experience working with children and youth who are facing challenges with depression, anxiety disorders, and emotional regulation, in addition to school and relationship issues. Additionally, I have experience treating individuals who have been diagnosed with ADHD, OCD, and psychosis related disorders.

I am a therapist who enjoys bringing warmth, humor and empathy into each session and strongly believe in a collaborative approach between myself and my clients. As a mother of two children, I understand how important your child's wellness and happiness is and how our children struggles and challenges are intimately connected with our own.
