Welcome! Perhaps you have arrived here because you're struggling to navigate your relationship with your partner, family members or friends. Maybe you are experiencing challenges with your self esteem? Or just looking for allyship and safety? You've come to the right place. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and trusted space to help you organize and understand your thoughts and emotions— whilst building a healthy relationship with yourself. My practice is influenced by the belief that with compassion, non judgement and curiosity, we have the ability to regain control of how we navigate our experiences.
My approach offers balance in skill development and exploration of self. I am strength based, and trauma informed in practice. There are many variables that often contribute to a presenting concern, such as mental health, trauma, and behavioural issues. I am passionate about seeing and understanding the whole picture.
I am here to offer collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. If you're interested in chatting further, simply select "my website" to book or reach out for a free consultation session. I typically respond within 48 hours.
I also co facilitate a weekly men's therapy group! If you have any questions about it, please reach out.

Groups
Men's therapy group
Men's group offers safety to explore and discuss a variety of issues that may have an impact on your mental health and relationships. We focus on your interpersonal relationships and social interactions within these discussions/group. As the group begins to form, so do the relationships between members. What eventually happens is that these relationships begin to bring out the same behaviours and defences you use in your everyday life and relationships. The group members and facilitators help you to build awareness of how you are impacting others and how others are impacting you. This is done through a process of connection and feedback.
