I am a psychotherapist working out of the Compassion Project on Locke St. in Hamilton. I have had success working with individuals managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, neurodivergent burnout, ADHD, compulsions, and difficult relational dynamics. Ideal clients are looking for new perspectives, a positive therapeutic relationship, insight, and personal growth. I am committed to offering support for individuals who have a hard time feeling safe, heard, or cared for. I strive to work from trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and gender-affirming perspectives.

Through a compassion and person-centred approach, I can offer a non-judgemental, supportive space for you to explore and uncover roadblocks in your life. I will work to collaborate with you to identify your challenges and offer you skills to manage the day-to-day and enhance your experience of life.
