Know that I am ready to listen to you and understand whatever brought you here. I aim to provide a compassionate space for people to explore their experiences, confront their problems, and dare to change. I welcome people of all backgrounds. Particularly, I specialize in supporting individuals from the BIPOC, 2SLGBTQI, and non-monogamous communities (e.g. polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, open relationships).
My approach is anti-oppressive, feminist, and multicultural. I specialize in treating trauma, and integrate techniques from psychodynamic therapy, somatic therapy, and cognitive therapy. I have completed a 1-year post graduate training program in complex and developmental trauma from the Complex Trauma Training Centre/NARM Training Institute.
I have a virtual practice and offer individual psychotherapy to adults residing in Ontario, NWT, and Canadians living overseas. I also offer clinical supervision and consultation to registered psychotherapists. In addition, I offer in-person group movement therapy workshops open to the general public regularly in Ottawa.
