Are you navigating the challenges of raising a child, teen, or young adult with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), a disability
or who is neurodivergent? Do you sometimes feel angry, alone, or judged? Many people I work with long for a deeper connection with themselves or others. As a parent and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am passionate about supporting individuals who face these hurdles in their daily lives, as well as issues related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have a special interest in working with parents, especially those raising children with disabilities or who are neurodivergent.
If you’re looking to strengthen your sense of self and improve your relationships, I would be honoured to support you. I believe that therapy should be flexible, open, and tailored to your unique needs. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I draw from various therapeutic modalities and philosophies to find what works best for you.
My approach is holistic—I see you as a whole person, not just your struggles and I believe deeply in your potential for growth, self-healing, and empowerment. Together, we will explore the methods that align with your goals, personality, and comfort level to create meaningful and lasting change. If this aligns with you, reach out for your free consultation.
