I have been in private practice for over twenty years and have assisted people with a wide range of issues including sexual abuse, trauma, relationship issues or general lack of passion. My tool kit includes Gestalt therapy, EMDR, spiritual psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, somatic psychotherapy and sound healing.
I notice over the years that many of my clients have suffered various traumas in their lives. I see a great deal of attachment trauma, which is early wounding by misattuned adults. I am finding that EMDR therapy really helps to heal these wounds very directly.
