I have worked for over 20 years with individuals who have experienced: trauma, specifically sexual and domestic violence; depression; anxiety; grief & loss; relationship issues; and difficult life transitions. I use an integrative approach that incorporates mind, body, and emotional aspects to support people in creating a greater sense of well-being.
I believe it is an honor to walk beside people as they find their path to healing. It is important to me to create a space where each person is met with compassion and dignity and where they feel safe and welcome to share their stories, thoughts, and feelings without judgment.
