I work with clients of diverse backgrounds who lack control and empowerment over their lives. They may feel stuck in self-defeating patterns where they are patient and supportive of others, but are critical, dissatisfied and hold unrealistic expectations of themselves. The clients I work with tend to prioritize others, and fail to recognize or set healthy boundaries, either in their personal lives or in the workplace. They may find assertive communication difficult and feel guilty and dismissive of their own needs. Many of my clients have experienced significant loss or change, and struggle to cope, often neglecting themselves.
My approach is holistic and integrative, based on evidence-based theory and interventions to inspire self-awareness and transform unhealthy patterns and ways of being.
Reaching out for help takes tremendous courage. If you are curious or have questions, please contact me via email to schedule a free phone consultation so we can determine if we are the right fit for each other. The therapeutic connection has a vital role in the overall impact of healing and change. Right now, I am only seeing clients virtually.
